Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your comfortsling.com order, please return items within 30 DAYS of receipt. We’ll accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items.

Merchandise must be in new condition and must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Returns are accepted through the mail.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If the return is a result of our error, please contact Customer Service at info@comfortslings.com and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.
